How to earn Store Credits？

Spend $20 to earn $1 Store Credits (5% cash rebate!)

 

- Become our member via online registration. Then you can earn Store Credits each time you purchase from us.

- From the money you pay (exclude all discounts and shipping costs), earn 1 Store Credit for every 20 dollars you spend.
- Each 1 Store Credit can be used as HK$ 1.
- Store Credits do not expire. Earn as much as you like!
- If you use bank transfer, your Store Credits will be available only after payment is received.
- For phone order, we will also add Store Credits to your member account.
- If the product is refunded, any Store Credits related will be cancelled.

E.g. Spend HK$1,400 can earn (HK$ 1400 divided by 20) = HK$ 70 Store Credits. You can use it as HK$ 70 on your next purchase.

How to use Toys Dollar?

- Customers are allow to have the flexibility to determine the amount of store credits applied on cart. They can also see the current amount of credits remaining. 

 

-Customer can get into "Store Credit" page in the storefront after login as member. User's store credit page will record the credit change reason, include (1) merchant add for member and (2) what order the store credits have been used and applied to.
